Welcome to the beautiful town of Junga, located near Shimla at an elevation of 5100 feet! Surrounded by green hills, snow-capped mountains, and a dense forest cover of kail, deodar, pine, cheel, ban, and other trees, Junga offers a serene escape for nature lovers. The campsite is located in the upper reaches of Junga, nestled amid dense pine forests, and offers a breath-taking view of the surroundings. With 20 comfortable tents on double sharing basis, each equipped with en-suite toilets and bathrooms, the campsite can accommodate up to 40 people at a time, ensuring a cosy stay.

Upon arrival on Day 1 after checking in at 11:00 AM, you can indulge in various activities offered at the campsite. From indoor games like chess and carom, to outdoor games like badminton and football, there’s something for everyone. Take a leisurely nature walk around the campsite, enjoying the fresh mountain air and scenic vistas. In the evening, enjoy a cup of steaming tea as you soak in the beauty of the starry night sky. End the day with a delicious home-style dinner, and retire for the night in the comfort of your tent.

On Day 2, wake up to the call of nature at 6:30 AM, and kickstart your day with activities at the campsite. Immerse yourself in the serene surroundings and breathe in the crisp mountain air. After working up an appetite, enjoy a hearty breakfast at 8:30 AM, before bidding farewell to the campsite with check-out at 11:00 AM. During your stay at Junga, you can also explore nearby attractions like Shimla and Chail, which are in close proximity to the campsite. Shimla, the capital of Himachal Pradesh, is known for its colonial architecture, scenic beauty, and pleasant weather.
